This group is intended to be an intimate, tight knit group of business and creative professionals.


Meetings will typically be held monthly on either the 2nd or 3rd Monday of every month.  We will highlight one of our members each meeting for an in depth look at their business.  Every meeting we will also give everyone a brief overview of our businesses and address something we are currently working on and/or need help with.

Sabo focuses on financial planning, life and disability insurance for executives and business owners. Areas of specialty for businesses include Buy-sell insurance, executive bonus plans, 401k advisory, and health insurance. Areas of speciality for the personal side is creating a plan for liquidation/sale of the business. This plan should be in place well before the liquidation and disbursement of capital actually occurs.

Michael Wildes is a Managing Partner with the leading immigration law firm of Wildes and Weinberg PC in New York City, Miami and New Jersey. He serves as Counsel to Lincoln Center, and several international/corporate law firms. A former Federal Prosecutor with the United States Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn (1989-1993), he has testified on Capitol Hill in connection with anti-terrorism legislation and is internationally renowned for his successful representation of distinguished individuals and corporate clients. Having represented the United States government in immigration proceedings, Michael Wildes is a frequent participant on professional panels and commentator on network television and radio with regard to corporate immigration law, employer sanction work and compliance. Michael represents many performing artists, directors, writers, models, actors/actresses, athletes, race car drivers, fine artists, art dealers, curators, and literary agents. Some of his recent clients include famed artist Sarah Brightman, many of the former Miss Universes’ as well as soccer icon Pele; master Chef Jean-Georges and other talented artists. Mr. Wildes also served two terms as the Mayor of Englewood, New Jersey and was a member of the New Jersey Governor's Blue Ribbon Panel on Immigration.

Jacqueline is the managing partner of the matrimonial law firm, Berkman Bottger Newman & Schein.  They are one of the largest divorce law firms in Manhattan. They specialize in the high net worth space and offer mediation, collaborative law and litigation as process options.  Jacqueline also specializes in prenuptial agreements with offices in Manhattan, Westchester and NJ.

Jarret is a co-lead within FTI Consulting’s Executive Compensation Consulting Practice.  His responsibilities have included all aspects of executive/director compensation design, including competitive assessments of executive and director compensation programs, short- and long-term incentive plan structuring, conducting corporate governance reviews and review of employment/severance agreements.  His work includes compensation planning for both public and private companies, with regional and/or national focus.  In addition to annual compensation design, Jarret advises on compensation matters in connection with initial public offerings, spin-offs and mergers & acquisitions.
